Led community engagement strategy with NH Listens for newly-formed regional education collaborative, Androscoggin Valley Education Collaborative, funded by the Nellie Mae Education Foundation. Designed and moderated large community conversations, stakeholder listening sessions, and organized communications.

Developed civic engagement initiative, North Country Listens, to support inclusive public engagement in a range of local topics in greater Coös County, NH, including, early childhood supports and services, outdoor recreation and economic development, substance misuse and community resiliency, and citizens academy and candidates nights. Designed, facilitated, and identified action steps for many community conversations. Led the work under the leadership and employment of NH Listens at the Carsey School of Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire. (2014 - 2018) 

Facilitated group dialogue, project progress, and strategy for ongoing working groups, including sector group for NH Endowment for Health's Race and Equity in NH Series, (2019-2020). Facilitated small group dialogues for many community conversations, action forums, and other community gatherings and events. (2015 - 2020)

Designed and led informative, interactive public engagement workshop and facilitation training for Maine community development professionals with Public Engagement Partners for the Downtown Institute program of the Maine Development Foundation. (2019 and 2020)

Managed applicant communications and reviewed and analyzed large grant proposals as sub-contractor with Groundswell Consulting for the Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund, one of the largest permanent rural philanthropies in the country. Prepared written analysis and recommendations for the donor-advised fund serving greater Coös County, NH and surrounding areas in the US and Canada. (2019 and 2020)

Conducted public input and listening sessions, data collection, and plan writing for regional and local long-range planning projects including NH Granite State Future, Regional Broadband Plan, and municipal Master Plans as a Regional Planner for Central NH Regional Planning Commission. Provided technical assistance to municipal land use boards and worked collaboratively with planners, municipal representatives, and state agencies. (2013 - 2015)
